I am opposed to the proposed ordinance limiting the hours citizens in Weddington are allowed to ride their bicycles.

Charlie just wanted to ride his new bike, but he couldn't wait until 9:00 am. Now he has to explain his actions to the judge.

I had to look that one up. Scofflaw – a person who flouts rules, conventions, or accepted practices. So far that is how Charlie has lived his life.
Didn’t know we had a problem of that magnitude that required another ordinance! Looks like it’ll be 90 days hard time for Charlie….making small rocks out of big ones.
